What this website stores
Saved guide IDs and your optional movement plan are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not an account, are not synced between devices and can be removed with the button below or by clearing your browser’s site data. The planner does not ask for a diagnosis, test results or other health records.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request data such as your IP address. External sources, Google Fonts and YouTube have their own privacy policies. We link to YouTube rather than loading video embeds automatically.
No newsletter collection
This release does not collect newsletter email addresses, offer a patient portal or use advertising analytics scripts. Do not submit private medical information in public channel comments.
